Services
The objects a guest actually touches — the service piece, the holder on the table, the amenity in the room. Designed for how your room works, and produced in the quantity it repeats.
A dining room is designed down to the lighting and then set with objects from a restaurant supply catalogue that every other room also uses. The pieces a guest picks up are the ones they remember by touch, and they are usually the only part of the room nobody designed.
Holders, stands, trays and presentation pieces shaped around how a course is actually brought and set down.
A reserve bottle deserves more than a shelf. Cradles and presentation pieces designed for the moment of service rather than for storage.
Vanity trays, amenity holders and small fittings for guest rooms, made as a consistent set across every room.

How the service works matters more than a specification. Tell us what happens at the table and the piece follows from that.
One presentation piece for one bottle, one signature dish, one moment in the service. Designed for it and made once.
The same piece for every table, every room or every bar station, produced consistently and replaceable one at a time later from the same model.
Parts designed and produced by the studio are premium polymer. Any metal or glass elements are purchased components integrated into the design.
What is served, how it reaches the table, and what is wrong with what you use now.
A physical piece to be handled by the people who will actually carry it, before a set exists. Service reveals problems a drawing does not.
One finished piece, used in the room, approved before the run.
Made, finished, inspected and delivered, with the model kept for replacements and repeat orders.
Designed and produced in Italy, for venues here and elsewhere in Europe. Delivery within mainland Italy is included up to €10 of carriage per order; the islands, the rest of Europe and larger consignments are quoted with your confirmation before you approve anything.

What is served, how it reaches the table, and how many you need. That is where the design starts.
Your description, photos, files and voice note are read by a person, not sorted by a form.
If a dimension, a use or a deadline changes the answer, we come back with a short question.
Feasibility, the route we recommend, and what we still need in order to price the work.
Only once the design, the details and the terms are agreed does anything get made.
We normally reply within Within 24 hours.
We look at what you send and tell you honestly whether it can be made, and how.
Files, drawings and project details stay between us. Nothing is published without your agreement.
Sharing an idea does not oblige you to anything. You can stop at any point.
Nothing is produced or invoiced until you have approved the route, the details and the price.
Start with the thing itself. Rough is fine — describe it, say it out loud, or show us a photo.
A few lines is enough. Describe the problem if the piece is not clear yet.

A real date changes what we can promise, so it is worth answering honestly.

Parts we design and produce are made in polymer. Glass, metal, candles, electronics and hardware can be built into a piece as purchased components.
Tell us the actual contact and we will answer specifically rather than generally. Many pieces are designed so contact happens against a purchased glass, ceramic or stainless insert, which is usually the honest solution rather than a claim about the polymer itself.
A commercial cycle is hot enough to matter, so this is a design decision rather than an afterthought. Tell us how the piece will be washed and we will specify accordingly, or design the washable part as a removable insert.
Polymer and open flame do not belong together, and we will say so rather than sell you a candle holder that is one. Where a piece involves flame the contact is designed against a purchased glass or metal component.
Yes. The approved model is kept, so a single replacement years later matches the set rather than approximating it.
