Before you begin
The questions people ask first, answered plainly. If yours is not here, ask it — we would rather answer than let you guess.
Do I need a finished idea?
No. Most projects start from a rough description, a photo, a problem or a reference. Part of our work is turning that into something precise enough to make.
What can you actually make?
Bespoke pieces, from a single personal piece to a limited production run: presentation and service pieces, holders and organisers, replacement and custom parts, lighting pieces, vessels, keepsakes and prototypes. If it can be designed as a piece, it is worth asking about.
How much does something cost?
It depends on size, complexity, quantity, any purchased components, the finish and the deadline — which is why we do not publish prices. Describe the piece and you get a clear, fixed price before anything is made, not a range that moves later.
How long does a project take?
A simple adaptation of an existing design can be a matter of days. Something designed from scratch is usually a few weeks, most of which is design and your decisions rather than production. Tell us your real deadline at the start and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Can you make just one?
Yes. One piece is a normal order here, not an exception — there is no minimum quantity. We also produce small runs from an approved design.
Do you deliver outside Italy?
Yes. Delivery is included within mainland Italy where the carriage comes to €10 or less; the islands, the rest of Europe and further afield are shipped on request, quoted with your confirmation and charged in addition — always before you commit to anything. Outside the EU, import duty and customs charges are yours.
Do you work with businesses as well as individuals?
Yes. Alongside personal and celebration work we develop commercial projects: presentation systems, operational solutions, prototypes and limited production runs, under NDA where needed.
Can I send a file I already have?
Yes. Send CAD, STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF or drawings and we will assess how it can be produced and flag anything that needs changing first.
