Terms of Service

Clear conditions governing bespoke commissions, production work, and site usage.

1. Bespoke Commissions and Scope

Every custom design or production project begins with a free initial assessment and a agreed quotation. Production work commences only after your written approval of the final design proof, scope, and pricing.

2. Pricing and Payment

Quotations state fixed costs and lead times. Any scope modifications requested after approval may alter the project timeline and price, subject to written agreement.

3. Production & Tolerances

Parts are manufactured in premium polymers in Italy. Functional tolerances and surface finishes are defined during design approval and inspected strictly prior to dispatch.

4. Delivery and Ownership

Finished pieces are packed securely and delivered to the address specified in the order. Ownership of custom physical pieces transfers upon full payment, while custom IP rights are governed by your individual contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

ISPIRENZA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the misuse of physical items or third-party delivery delays outside our direct control.
