Privacy Policy
Transparent data handling: what we collect, how we protect it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
We collect details provided directly through our enquiry forms, email, and WhatsApp communications—such as your name, contact information, project specifications, sketches, CAD files, and voice recordings. We do not collect extraneous tracking data without your consent.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used strictly to assess, quote, execute, and deliver your bespoke design and production requests. Files and project disclosures are kept confidential and are accessible only to studio personnel involved in your project.
3. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Client designs, drawings, and 3D models remain strictly confidential. Nothing from a client project is published, reused, or showcased in our collection without explicit written permission.
4. Storage and Data Security
All uploaded files and personal details are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage and access control, and are never publicly accessible. Files attached to an enquiry are deleted automatically 90 days after we receive them; a file you select but never send is deleted within 12 hours. Enquiry records themselves are kept as long as necessary for order fulfilment and legal record-keeping. If your project is still running and you would like us to keep a file for longer, just ask.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by ISPIRENZA at any time. Contact the studio to exercise these rights.
11. Partners and Referrals
We work with a small number of partners who introduce people to the studio. If you arrive through one of their links or use their code, we record which partner it was on your enquiry, so that they can be paid. Partners never see your name, your email address, your brief or your quote — what they see is a date, an order reference and what they earned. See our Cookie Policy for the referral cookie itself.
12. Reviews
If you review an order, we keep your scores, what you write, and any photos and voice recording you add, linked to the order they are about. We publish them only with your consent, under the name you chose (first name and initial, first name, or anonymously) — never your email. Photos are re-encoded before publication, which removes location and camera data. You can remove your review at any time from your review link or by replying to one of our emails; it is then deleted from our systems and taken off the site. We keep review data as long as the review is published, and for no longer than our other customer records. We stop asking for reviews if you tell us to.
13. Advertising Measurement (Meta)
Only if you allow marketing cookies, we measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., in two ways: the Meta Pixel in your browser, and Meta’s Conversions API, through which our server sends Meta the same events. Meta receives the address of each page you visit here (with any catalogue search or filter in it), an identifier for your browser, your network address and browser details, and a note when you view a product, search the catalogue, add a piece to the cart, start a checkout, complete a payment (with the pieces and the order total), send an enquiry or message, or tap to contact us on WhatsApp. When you send an enquiry or message, or place an order, our server also sends your email address, phone number and name — and, for a delivery, your city, postcode and country — each turned into a one-way code (a SHA-256 hash) before it leaves us, so that Meta can recognise an account it already knows; it never receives them in readable form, and never what you write in a message. So that a payment confirmed later by our payment provider can still be reported, the browser details above are kept with your order until it is paid, then removed. None of this is used on the pages of your personal review link. For this collection and transmission Meta and we are joint controllers; Meta then processes the data as an independent controller under its own policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy, which may involve transfer to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
