1. Information We Collect

We collect details provided directly through our enquiry forms, email, and WhatsApp communications—such as your name, contact information, project specifications, sketches, CAD files, and voice recordings. We do not collect extraneous tracking data without your consent.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly to assess, quote, execute, and deliver your bespoke design and production requests. Files and project disclosures are kept confidential and are accessible only to studio personnel involved in your project.

3. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Client designs, drawings, and 3D models remain strictly confidential. Nothing from a client project is published, reused, or showcased in our collection without explicit written permission.

4. Storage and Data Security

All uploaded files and personal details are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage and access control, and are never publicly accessible. Files attached to an enquiry are deleted automatically 90 days after we receive them; a file you select but never send is deleted within 12 hours. Enquiry records themselves are kept as long as necessary for order fulfilment and legal record-keeping. If your project is still running and you would like us to keep a file for longer, just ask.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by ISPIRENZA at any time. Contact the studio to exercise these rights.
