We will not tell you every file is ready
Plenty of files are close but not producible as they stand — a wall too thin to survive handling, a tolerance that will bind on assembly, a feature that cannot be made without a change in orientation. Saying so early is more useful than producing something you cannot use.
Formats we work with
STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF and native CAD, plus dimensioned drawings as PDF or images. If your format is not listed, send it anyway and we will check.
Your files stay private
Uploads are stored privately, never on a public URL, and are shared only with the people assessing your project. Files are not published, reused or shown as examples without your written permission.

Production starts after you approve
Only once the design, the details and the terms are agreed does anything get made.

Parts we design and produce are made in polymer. Glass, metal, candles, electronics and hardware can be built into a piece as purchased components.
File questions
Which formats do you accept?
STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, native CAD files and dimensioned drawings as PDF or image. If your format is not on that list, send it anyway — we will tell you rather than leave you guessing.
What if my file is not producible as it stands?
We tell you exactly what is blocking it — a wall too thin, a tolerance that will bind, a feature that needs reorienting — and, where possible, what the smallest change would be.
Can you fix it for me, or only tell me what is wrong?
Either. We can hand you a list of what to change, or quote the correction work and do it ourselves. Both start from the same free assessment.
Will you change my design without asking?
No. Where a change is needed for production we explain it and you decide before anything is made.
Is my file confidential?
Yes. Files are stored privately, never on a public URL, are accessible only to the people assessing your project, and are never published, reused or shown as examples without your written permission.
How large a part can you produce?
Beyond a certain size a part is produced as an engineered assembly with designed joints rather than as one piece. Send the file and we will tell you which applies and how the joints would fall.
Can you produce a run from my file?
Yes, once the design is confirmed as producible and the details are agreed. Later runs then start from a known price.
What will it cost, and how quickly?
Both come with the assessment, as a fixed price and a realistic date rather than an estimate that moves. Nothing is produced or invoiced until you approve them.
