How we use cookies to provide essential site functionality and respect your privacy choices.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device to ensure smooth site navigation, remember your preferences, and enable core interactive features.
Essential cookies are strictly required for security, form submission, and language choices. These cookies cannot be turned off as the website requires them to function.
Analytics and marketing cookies help us understand site usage and improve our services. These cookies are disabled by default and are activated only if you explicitly choose to allow them.
You can update or revoke your cookie choices at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
If you arrive through a partner’s referral link, we store one first-party cookie named isp_ref for 90 days. It holds a short partner code, the link it came from and the moment you arrived — nothing about you, nothing about what you looked at, and nothing that is shared with anyone else. Its only purpose is to credit the right partner if you go on to make an enquiry. It is signed by our server so it cannot be forged, and it is set for every visitor who follows such a link because the referral cannot work without it.
To count how many visitors come back, your browser keeps one entry in its own storage named isp_seen. It holds the date of your last visit and nothing else — no identifier, no history, nothing about what you looked at. The date is never sent to us: the page only tells our counter whether you have been here on an earlier day, yes or no, and that answer is added to a daily total with no link to you. It is part of how we count our own traffic, set by us alone and never shared, rather than one of the optional analytics cookies described above. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
If you allow marketing cookies, we load the Meta Pixel, a script from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. that measures how our Facebook and Instagram adverts perform, and our server reports the same events to Meta directly. The pixel sets two cookies for 90 days: _fbp, an identifier for this browser, and _fbc, which advert brought you here if one did; and we set a third for the same 90 days, isp_mid, a random identifier of our own that goes with each event so Meta can recognise the same browser in the pixel’s reports and our server’s. Meta is told which of our pages you visit and when you view a product, search, add a piece to the cart, start or complete a payment, or contact us — never what you write in a message. Nothing of it happens unless you allow marketing, and if you withdraw that consent the pixel stops, all three cookies are removed and our server stops reporting too. Our privacy policy explains what is sent and what Meta does with it.
